Bio: Leader of the super team The Rangers. McQuaid comes from a long line of Texas Rangers, going back to his great great grandfather. During a raid against the terrorist organization C.O.R.P.S.E., he was caught in a lab explosion that resulted in him developing super powers. He possesses Super Strength, Invulnerability, Enhanced Eyesight and Hearing, and is an Expert Marksman.

He is the best leader that The Regulators have ever had. Honest and fair, he sets a shining example for the rest of the team. He has strong affections for fellow teammate Lasso, and is very protective of her.
