Bio: Dr. Anthony Murphy is a marine engineer who assisted Samuel Aldrich in the creation of the L.O.B.S.T.E.R. suit that Aldrich uses in the U.S.A (United Superheroes of America) and went about building his own variation on the theme. His mech suit can withstand the deep pressures of the ocean while also being highly maneuverable on land. The hard exoskeleton carapace can withstand intense attacks and gives the wearer enhanced strength and can shoot powerful blasts of water.
He is one of the Gulf Coasts staunchest protectors.
