Bio: Tom James has had an infinity for the bow since he could hold one in his hands. He has impeccable accuracy and could have won gold in the Olympics had he chosen to pursue that course. He stumbled into the superhero business when he stopped a bank robbery using his archery and acrobatic skills. He has since gone on to make a name for himself and was asked to join the Regulators by Texas Ranger himself. He uses several specially modified arrows but stands by his standard broadheads.

 

He is the wise cracker of the group. Always ready with a quick quip and a quicker arrow.
