Bio:  Billy Ray Sinton was born into a fishing family on the gulf coast. Upon reaching puberty Sinton’s mutant abilities started to manifest. His mutation granted him the ability to breath underwater, enhanced speed and vision while submerged, retractable claws and razor-sharp teeth. Initially shunned by his family, they accepted his gifts when he saved his father & brothers during a severe storm the boat they were on capsized.

 

Billy Ray is shy and slow to make friends, but considers the Regulators his family and will protect them with his life.
